IT Services for Small Business

Servicing the southern Maryland counties of Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary's, we specialize in new and troubled networks. Our goal is to provide a stable, working network that is secure, reliable, and meets the full Information Technology (IT) needs of the company. We use common, name-brand products from Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, and Symantec to create these services with proven, standardized processes.

Once your network has been brought to a stable-state, we will continue to serve your IT needs on an as-needed basis. When you are ready to upgrade, we will use our role as a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) with Dell to get you the best possible price on computing equipment. From a hardware perspective, you pay what we pay since we pass our entire savings onto you.

What to Expect

When you contact us, we will schedule a phone call to discuss your present needs. Based on the urgency, we will schedule a visit to assess your present system, discuss your short- and long-term needs, and then to create a schedule for accomplishing those tasks required to get the job done. Of course, the most urgent items will be taken care of immediately, when possible. Our initial assessment is generally at no cost and can last up to four hours.

REMOTE DESKTOP SUPPORT
Our home-grown remote support tool allows our Administrators and Technicians to be able to remotely access your desktop from anywhere so that they can see your exact situation and begin working quickly on a solution. This is often a nice way to get you back on track without having to wait on a scheduled visit. This service is in addition to our normal, secure VPN connection that we have with all our customers, so that we have ready access to work on common server and networking issues that could crop up at any time, day or night.
