Note: This product only works in conjunction with arzyNet support and is NOT
a standalone application. Only our support personnel have access to the server that provides
the complete connection.
1) To begin, click the name of the support person that you currently have on
the phone:
2) The following box allows you to either Run the application or Save it to
a location where it can be run over and over without having to return to the support web page.

3) Depending on your browser type, you may receive a Security Warning about an
Unknown Publisher. arzyNet is the publisher, so it is safe to click on Run.

4) The application will download quite quickly and will briefly show the
following window. You do not need to do anything.

5) The following balloon pop-up shows that you have successfully connected to
the server and support can now connect to your PC.

6) The arzyNet tech will be able to confirm that they now see your desktop
and you may see that the tech has control of your mouse and keyboard.
